Reasons to Love this Home With the house positioned on a corner lot, we have plenty of outdoor space and beautiful curb appeal. The yards have also been professionally landscaped, which adds to the overall aesthetic outside. The backyard patio is perfect for entertaining and offers an abundance of space, which is perfect for grilling or relaxing. We loved having the pool for our family members and their friends to enjoy during the warmer months. This house was the place to be every summer. The hot tub that's built into the pool was perfect for adult enjoyment and feels like a luxurious hotel getaway right in the backyard. The curved stair case not only looks like it should be in a castle, but it is the perfect backdrop for important photos. Mornings are much easier because every ample sized bedroom has a bathroom, so there are no fights about who gets the shower first! There is tons of room for privacy in this house because of how much space we have; however, we also loved coming together as a family in our beautiful kitchen and living room. The spacious bonus room upstairs gave us the opportunity to create the perfect space for our lifestyle. This room offers the ability to have an extra bedroom, playroom, craft room or a gym! We loved entertaining friends in the newly built wine room because it added a touch of first class to the entire house. The custom built sliding barn door gave us the high end rustic look that is classic and popular. Having a fully finished basement meant our family members could have splendid sleepovers with their friends. It also provided even more space for us to grow into and create an area that we love. Having a theater room in the basement meant family movie nights every week. Spending time with one another gave our family members great memories they will have forever. Because the basement is so large, there is a huge amount of storage options. We always have a place for everything. The rest of the home also offers an abundance of closet space.
